During guided setup we load your classes, streams and pupil lists (from your current Excel sheets or admission forms) so every teacher sees the right register on day one.
Teachers mark attendance daily
Each class teacher logs in on their phone, taps present/absent/late and saves. If a teacher is away, the head or an administrator can mark on their behalf.
Parents and management are informed
SMS alerts go out to parents of absentees, the office dashboard updates instantly, and termly attendance summaries appear on report cards and GES-ready exports.
