No. Billing is strictly based on standard active academic terms. Since there are three terms in a standard Ghanaian academic year, schools are only billed three times per year. Portal access for teachers and parents remains completely active during term breaks and holidays at no extra cost.
Our database tracks active student profiles. Billing is reconciled at the start of each term based on the total enrollment register in the school. New admissions added mid-term will be processed, and any fractional billing adjustments will simply carry over to the subsequent term’s invoice.
