Each module is priced on its own basis: some according to your student count, others at a fixed rate. That flexibility means the final price is precisely aligned with your institution’s requirements and budget — a small crèche and a large senior high school both pay in proportion to what they use.

Four things shape the price. Because pricing is modular, your quote reflects your school rather than an average one. These are the factors we look at together.
- The modules you select. Administration, Student Services & Attendance, Accounts & Fees, Exams & Terminal Reports, Parent Portal & SMS — choose any combination.
- Your student count. Certain modules are priced according to the number of students on roll, so smaller schools pay less and larger schools pay in proportion.
- Fixed-rate modules. Other modules carry a fixed rate regardless of enrolment, which keeps the total predictable as your school grows.
- Optional add-ons. QR-code or biometric attendance, WhatsApp integration, extra staff portals and on-site training are quoted only if you want them.
